My Omega 3 (90 caps) from MyMuscle is a dietary supplement in softgels based onfish oil concentrated in Omega-3.
It's designed to easily supplement your daily intake of EPA and DHA, two important Omega-3 fatty acids in a nutrition, health and well-being routine.
Each dose of 2 capsules provides 1000 mg of fish oil, including 800 mg of Omega-3, with 400 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA. This dosage makes it easy to incorporate Omega-3 into your daily routine, especially if you eat little oily fish in your diet.
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. DHA also contributes to normal brain function and vision.
The formula also contains vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
