The amino acid glutamine has a strong anti-catabolic action, preventing the leakage of amino acids from the muscle. Glutamine therefore helps to preserve muscle mass to the maximum, even during hypersensitive training, especially as it helps to replenish glycogen stocks, which are severely depleted during intense sporting or muscular activity.

The BCAA + Glutamine xpress formula is also enriched with taurine at 150 mg per dose, which not only ensures better assimilation of BCAAs and glutamine, but also provides more energy during your sessions.
