Based on soy protein isolate, it contains 85% protein! Protein contributes to the development and maintenance of muscle mass.
This formula contains amino acids (29750 mg per dose in total!) including branched-chain amino acids, better known as BCAAs. The BCAAs present in this formula are leucine (2431 mg), valine (1483 mg) and isoleucine (1457 mg). They are considered essential for muscle development and recovery.
