Bcaa's 8000mg (700ml) is a drink designed by the brand QNT.
This hydrating drink contains essential basic amino acids, also known as BCAAs, which optimize muscle growth. It features a 2:1:1 amino acid ratio with 4,000 mg L-Leucine, 2,000 mg L-Isoleucine and 2,000 mg L-Valine.
BCAAs are useful in the protein manufacturing process. Some amino acids are naturally synthesized by the body, but the body cannot make them on its own. L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine are branched-chain amino acids, accounting for over a third of the amino acids present in the body. L-leucine, which is twice as present as the other two amino acids, plays an important role in muscle development.
Amino acids also have an impact on muscle recovery, since they reduce protein degradation during training, thus reducing fatigue. This drink will help you recover effectively!
