Each bar is made with 65% peanuts, with just one natural sweetener, FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), which is a prebiotic fiber.
They are a source of fiber with 28 g per bar, and a source of protein with 18 g per bar. With their low carbohydrate content, they are suitable for people following a ketogenic diet, athletes and sportspeople, and also for anyone concerned with a healthy, balanced diet on a daily basis.
What's more, these bars contain no polyols, no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners!
