Hardcore Recharge BCAA 10:1:1 (300g ) is an amino acid formula designed by the sports nutrition brand Addict Sport Nutrition.
Branched-chain amino acids, otherwise known as BCAAs, are made up of leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAAs are essential amino acids, which the body is unable to synthesize. They are found in food or through supplementation. The 10:1:1 ratio of this product is highly concentrated in leucine, with 7 g of leucine per serving. Leucine is the amino acid responsible for protein synthesis, in other words, muscle growth. BCAAs help build, strengthen and maintain muscle mass.
Also enriched with vitamin B6, which helps reduce fatigue, these BCAAs are rapidly assimilated. This effectively delays the effects of fatigue during your workouts. BCAAs also optimize your muscle recovery by preventing muscle breakdown, promoting protein synthesis and thus avoiding catabolism.
Suitable for sports such as bodybuilding, crossfit, running, cycling and all endurance sports!
Low calorie content, with only 34 kcal for a 10 g dose. Hardcore Recharge BCAA 10:1:1 (300g) is also fat-free, sugar-free and aspartame-free - just BCAA!
