This refreshing drink is rich in BCAAs (amino acids with a 2:1:1 ratio), vitamins, caffeine and taurine. It contains 100 mg caffeine, 1000 mg taurine, 500 mg glucuronolactone, 600 mg glycine, 16 mg niacin (vitamin B3), 6 mg pantothenic acid, 1.4 mg vitamin B6, 2.5 μg vitamin B12.
Caffeine helps improve concentration, memory and energy. Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue. Pantothenic acid, vitamin B5, contributes to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. BCAAs are essential amino acids that are not synthesized by the body. They are essential for muscle development and recovery.
What's more, it's sugar-free and very low in calories, with just 25 kcal per bottle.
