BCAA 8:1:1 Shark (300g) is an amino acid powder manufactured by the brand Iron Shark.
BCAAs, an acronym for branched-chain amino acids, include essential elements such as leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids have a number of uses and potential benefits for the body, particularly in the context of sports.
Amino acids play a key role in muscle protein synthesis, in particular leucine, which plays a key role in stimulating this process. It helps to reduce muscle breakdown, thus improving the recovery process.
This formula is enriched with vitamin B6, offering 0.7 mg per serving. It should be noted that this formula is vegan, composed of high-quality natural ingredients providing optimal nutritional benefits. Vitamin B6 helps maintain normal energy metabolism, as well as adequate protein and glycogen metabolism.
