Bcaa 8:1:1 (275g) from the French brand Eafitare BCAAs with an 8:1:1 ratio.
BCAAs are the 3 essential amino acids known as "branched-chain", which make up the majority of muscle tissue: valine, leucine and isoleucine. They are essential because they cannot be synthesized by the body. They are supplied by the diet or by nutritional supplements.
Bcaa 8:1:1 contains a high dose of L-leucine, the first amino acid to be used by the body to build proteins - 8 times more than L-isoleucine and L-valine. This dosage is particularly suitable for stimulating muscle growth.
This supplement provides 5.6g of BCAAs and over 3g of glutamine, per 10g dose.
BCAAs are nutrients much appreciated by athletes, and used for improved muscle recovery!
This powder formula is sugar-free, gluten-free, aspartame-free and vegetarian.
