Protein bars (24x46g) are protein bars manufactured by the brand Eafit. N°1 selling brand of bars in pharmacies in France.

It's the ideal protein snack to consume immediately after training or as a snack. Proteins play a crucial role in the recovery phase after physical effort, particularly for muscle repair. After an intense sports session, muscles can suffer micro-tears, hence the importance of protein for muscle maintenance and growth.

With 15g of protein per bar and only 4.6g of sugarsper bar. They contain 12 vitamins: Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B8, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12. These vitamins help protect cells against oxidative stress generated by exercise, and help reduce fatigue.

As well as minerals such as phosphorus, calcium and sodium.

Protein Bars offer a fast, convenient source of protein for immediate recovery. They are gluten-free, soy-free and palm-oil-free . Each portion provides less than 160 kcal for 46g.

Available in Coconut, Banana, Chocolate and Vanilla flavors.
