The Protein Bar (46g ) is a protein bar manufactured by the brand Eafit.

The ideal protein snack for post-workout or as a snack during the day. Proteins play a crucial role in muscle maintenance, growth and recovery. Muscles can suffer micro-tears after an intense sports session, and protein helps repair them.

Each 46 g bar contains 15 g of protein and only 4.6 g of sugars per portion. It also contains 12 vitamins, including Vitamins A, E, D, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and B12. Vitamins help protect cells against oxidative stress linked to physical effort, and help reduce fatigue. As well as a source of fiber (20%) and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium and sodium.

Protein Bars offer a quick and convenient source of protein, promoting immediate recovery. They are gluten-free, soy-free and palm-oil-free . Each bar provides less than 160 kcal.

Available in Coconut, Vanilla, Banana and Chocolate flavours.
