Gourmet honey flavor, naturally sweetened and containing peanuts, almonds, Brazil nuts and Turkish hazelnuts.
A real source of fiber and energy, it offers 2.1 g of fiber and 190 kcal for each 35 g bar. It's the ideal pre-workout snack: a source of carbohydrates for an immediate energy boost!
The bar's protein content helps maintain muscle mass and also contributes to bone health and increased muscle mass. You'll find 7.1 g of protein per 35 g bar. It's a useful addition to a protein-rich diet to support your muscle mass.
