The Elite Layer Bar from Dymatize is a gourmet protein bar designed to combine pleasure with quality protein intake. With its practical 60 g format, it consists of 2 portions of 30 g, easy to consume as a snack, after training or during an active day.
Each bar provides around 24 g of protein, which contributes to the maintenance and development of muscle mass and normal bone structure, as part of a balanced diet. It provides around 216 kcal per bar, with a low sugar content (1.5 g), making it an interesting alternative to classic chocolate bars.
