My BCAA (390 g) from MyMuscle is a 2:1:1 BCAA powder formula with L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, three essential amino acids to support your goals.
Its formula is complemented by L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline, electrolytes and BioPerine® (a patented extract of black pepper standardized in piperine), as well as Tasteva®, a patented sweetener of plant origin, for easy incorporation into your daily routine or around training.
Each 13 g dose provides 5 g BCAAs, 2 g L-Glutamine, 1.32 g L-Citrulline, 599 mg electrolytes and 5 mg BioPerine®. BCAAs(Branched Chain Amino Acids) are three branched-chain amino acids which form part of the nine essential amino acids. They are said to be essential because the body cannot produce them on its own: they must therefore be supplied through the diet or supplements.
The presence ofelectrolytes is particularly important during training. The formula contains potassium, phosphorus and magnesium. Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. Phosphorus contributes to normal energy metabolism and the maintenance of normal bone structure. Magnesium contributes to fatigue reduction, electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function and normal muscle function.
My BCAA (390g) makes it easy to supplement your amino acid intake. Its powder format is ideal if you want a flavored alternative to drink every day, before, during or after training, depending on your routine. With its 390g jar, My BCAA (390g) offers around 30 servings, making it a convenient format for regular use.
