The formula is based on Creapure® creatine, a creatine monohydrate renowned for its purity.

• Here, each dose provides 3411 mg Creapure®, equivalent to 3000 mg creatine. This is one of the formula's most interesting ingredients, as creatine improves physical performance during successive series of very intense, short-duration exercises, with a beneficial effect obtained at a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

It also contains 3000 mg of beta-alanine per dose.

• Beta-alanine is a very common amino acid in pre-workout formulas. It may cause a temporary tingling sensation in some people, which is normal with this type of ingredient.

The formula then combines L-citrulline and L-arginine.

• These are two amino acids often used in pre-training formulas. L-citrulline is dosed at 2000 mg per dose, while L-arginine is present at 932 mg. Here, they reinforce the product's amino acid matrix, without the need for multiple pre-workout supplements.

Caffeine anhydrous completes the formula with a dosage of 200 mg per dose.

My Energy Pump (360 g) also includes a complex of vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B12.

• These vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and nervous system function. Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, while vitamins B3, B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue.
