Its formula combines the 3 essential BCAAs: L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a classic 2:1:1 ratio.
Per daily dose of 4 tablets, you get 4000 mg of BCAAs, including 2000 mg of L-leucine, 1000 mg of L-isoleucine and 1000 mg of L-valine, with 1.5 mg of vitamin B6.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal energy metabolism and fatigue reduction.
- BCAAs, on the other hand, are essential amino acids which the body cannot produce on its own: they must therefore be supplied through the diet or supplements.
