Each 10-gram serving provides 4 grams of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, with 2 grams of L-leucine, 1 gram of L-isoleucine, and 1 gram of L-valine. These amino acids are considered essential because your body cannot produce them on its own; they must therefore be obtained through diet or supplementation.
The formula also features 5 g of maltodextrin, as well as zinc, vitamin B3, and vitamin B6. Zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients, the normal metabolism of fatty acids, and the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vitamins B3 and B6 help reduce fatigue, support the normal functioning of the nervous system, and contribute to normal energy metabolism.
