In the Natural flavor, each 6 g serving provides 4,000 mg of L-leucine, 1,000 mg of L-isoleucine, and 1,000 mg of L-valine—for a total of 6 g of pure BCAAs. This high concentration of leucine sets the formula apart from traditional BCAAs with a 2:1:1 ratio and makes it particularly beneficial for supporting a routine focused on muscle gain and recovery around workouts.
