Hydration Powder (180 g) by Weider is a powdered dietary supplement designed to prepare a complete hydration drink before, during, or after your workout. Its formula combines electrolytes, coconut water, taurine, and vitamins to easily replenish your nutrient intake during the most demanding workouts or periods of heavy sweating.

Each 6-g serving provides a complex of 5 electrolytes, including 300 mg of potassium, 210 mg of sodium, 323 mg of chloride, 200 mg of calcium , and 112.5 mg of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, normal nervous system function, and the reduction of fatigue. Potassium also contributes to normal muscle function and normal nervous system function.

The formula is supplemented with 1,050 mg of coconut water powder and 500 mg of taurine per serving, as well as a vitamin complex consisting of 80 mg of vitamin C (100% of the Reference Intake), vitamin B2, and vitamin B6 (50% of the Reference Intake each). Vitamins C, B2, and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
