N1 Pre-Workout (255 g) from Nutrend is a powdered dietary supplement designed to support your workouts with a combination of carefully measured active ingredients. Its formula combines L-arginine AAKG, beta-alanine, creatine, caffeine, amino acids, plant extracts, vitamins, and minerals to complete your pre-workout routine in a single product.
The maximum dose of 17 g, to be taken about 30 minutes before exercise, provides 3,500 mg of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and 3,500 mg of beta-alanine, two essential ingredients in pre-workout formulas. It also contains 2,660 mg of creatine, supplemented by 500 mg of L-tyrosine, 500 mg of L-alanine, and 500 mg of glycine, for a formula that’s particularly rich in active ingredients.
Each serving also provides 200 mg of caffeine. At this dose, caffeine helps improve alertness and focus, making it a valuable ally for staying fully focused before the most demanding workouts. To accommodate individual needs, a half-dose of 8.5 g can also be used, providing approximately 100 mg of caffeine, 1,750 mg of AAKG, 1,750 mg of beta-alanine, and 1,330 mg of creatine.
The formula is enriched with 200 mg of ginseng extract, 2.1 mg of BioPerine® (black pepper extract), and a complex of vitamins C, B1, B3, B5, and B6. Vitamins C, B3, B5, and B6 help reduce fatigue and support normal energy metabolism, while vitamin B1 supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.
