Its 510 g size is ideal for regular use, with a dosage that can be adjusted based on the intensity of your workouts.
At the maximum dose of 17 g, each serving provides 3,500 mg of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), 3, 500 mg of beta-alanine, 2,660 mg of creatine, as well as 500 mg of L-alanine, 500 mg of glycine, and 500 mg of L-tyrosine. This combination makes N1 a particularly comprehensive formula to support your pre-workout preparation.
Each serving also provides 200 mg of caffeine, an amount at which caffeine helps improve alertness and attention. The formula is rounded out with 200 mg of ginseng extract and 2.1 mg of BioPerine® (black pepper extract), as well as a complex of vitamins C, B1, B3, B5, and B6.
