At the maximum dose of 17 g, each serving provides 3,500 mg of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), 3, 500 mg of beta-alanine, 2,660 mg of creatine, as well as 500 mg of L-alanine, 500 mg of glycine, and 500 mg of L-tyrosine. This combination makes N1 a particularly comprehensive formula to support your pre-workout preparation.
Each serving also provides 200 mg of caffeine, an amount at which caffeine helps improve alertness and attention.
