Yam Nutrition 's Supermag (180 capsules) is a dietary supplement that combines magnesium in the form of bisglycinate, taurine, and vitamin B6 in a formula designed to easily supplement your daily magnesium intake.
The daily dose of 3 capsules provides 300 mg of magnesium, or 80% of the NRVs. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue, supports normal nervous system function, promotes normal muscle function, and contributes to normal energy metabolism.
These benefits make magnesium a particularly valuable mineral for both daily life and regular athletic activity. Supermag uses magnesium bisglycinate, a form in which magnesium is bound to glycine. The formula also provides 450 mg of taurine per dose, or 150 mg per capsule. This amino acid complements the formula without complicating daily intake.
