Super Sec (180 capsules)

Yam Nutrition ’s Super Sec (180 capsules) is a dietary supplement that combines several plant extracts with caffeine, designed to be incorporated into a structured nutritional routine, particularly during a cutting or muscle-definition phase.

Its formula combines green coffee, green tea, Griffonia simplicifolia, and anhydrous caffeine, with standardized extracts that provide precise information on their active compound content. The daily dose of 3 capsules provides 800 mg of green coffee extract, standardized to deliver 360 mg of chlorogenic acid.

Yam Nutrition It uses a Svetol®-type green coffee extract, a patented raw material standardized to 36% chlorogenic acid. The formula also provides 666 mg of green tea extract per day, including 300 mg of EGCG. This amount of EGCG is one of the key differentiating features of Super Sec and complements the combination of plant extracts offered by Yam Nutrition.

Super Sec also contains 300 mg of Griffonia simplicifolia extract, standardized to 30% 5-HTP, which equates to 90 mg of 5-HTP per daily dose. This plant extract rounds out the formula, eliminating the need to combine multiple different supplements.

Finally, one daily dose provides 150 mg of anhydrous caffeine. Starting at 75 mg per serving, caffeine helps increase alertness and improve concentration. The presence of caffeine thus gives Super Sec a stimulating effect, which should be taken into account when using the product and when calculating your total daily caffeine intake.
