Iso-FUJI® (700 g) by Yamamoto Nutrition is a high-protein whey isolate, ideal if you want to easily increase your protein intake while maintaining a light nutritional profile. Its formula is based exclusively on whey protein isolate, obtained through microfiltration and cross-flow ultrafiltration to provide a source that is particularly high in protein and low in fat.

Depending on the flavor, a 30-g serving provides approximately 24 to 26 g of protein, with up to 26 g per shaker—that’s 86% protein. Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass, making Iso-FUJI® a particularly attractive option for supplementing your intake as part of a muscle-building regimen.

Another key benefit is its very light nutritional profile. A 30-gram serving provides just 106 kcal, 0.2 g of fat, and 0 g of sugar, depending on the flavor. Values may vary slightly from one flavor to another, but Iso-FUJI® remains a whey isolate that is high in protein and low in sugar and fat.

The formula is also supplemented with 30 mg of bromelain per serving, as well as 0.42 mg of vitamin B6, which is 30% of the NRVs. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and also helps reduce fatigue, a real plus for a regular exercise routine.

The microfiltration and cross-flow ultrafiltration process yields a raw material with a very high protein concentration, containing less than 0.3% fat and less than 0.5% lactose in the unflavored version. However, the final values may vary depending on the flavor chosen.
