Acetyl L-Carnitine 1,000 mg (120 capsules) by Yamamoto Nutrition is a dietary supplement that provides 1,000 mg of acetyl L-carnitine per daily dose. Its capsule form makes it easy to incorporate this specific form of carnitine into your workout routine with just 2 capsules a day.
Acetyl L-carnitine, also known as ALCAR, is an acetylated form of L-carnitine. The presence of this acetyl group chemically distinguishes it from conventional L-carnitine. Yamamoto uses acetyl L-carnitine hydrochloride here to provide a precisely defined daily dose of 1 g.
Carnitine is a molecule naturally synthesized by the body, primarily from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It plays a physiological role in transporting long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria.
The formula is particularly simple. In addition to acetyl L-carnitine, it contains only a vegetable-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsuleand the anti-caking agents necessary for its manufacture. This allows you to benefit from a targeted supplement, free of stimulants or numerous other active ingredients.
Net weight : 166 gTake 2 capsules a day with water. Yamamoto recommends taking them 30 to 60 minutes before physical activity.
