CarniBLAST (90 tablets) by Yamamoto Nutrition is a dietary supplement that combines two forms of carnitine with coenzyme Q10 in a formula designed to easily complement your workout routine. A single daily dose provides 660 mg of carnitine, derived from L-carnitine tartrate and propionyl-L-carnitine, as well as 100 mg of coenzyme Q10.
The formula combines L-carnitine tartrate and propionyl-L-carnitine (PLC), two forms that allow you to diversify your carnitine intake in a single tablet. You benefit from a more complete formula than a traditional single-ingredient carnitine supplement, while still enjoying a very simple daily routine.
Each tablet provides a total of 660 mg of carnitine. Carnitine is a molecule naturally present in the body and plays a physiological role in transporting long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria.
CarniBLAST also contains 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone. This molecule, which occurs naturally in the body, rounds out the formula without requiring additional doses and combines carnitine and CoQ10 into a single tablet.
This format is particularly convenient if you want to avoid powders and drinks that require preparation.
Net weight : 117 gTake 1 tablet a day with a glass of water. You can make it part of your daily routine at a consistent time each day to help keep your routine on track.
