BCAA Xpress from Scitec Nutrition is a rapidly assimilated BCAA complex.

BCAAs are essential during and after training to control cortisol levels and thus prevent catabolism, i.e. the destruction of muscle proteins.

Xpress BCAAs are traditionally used for athlete recovery. After intense training, damaged cells need to be repaired rapidly, accelerating their healing and thus the renewal of new fibers. By creating new muscle fibers, you'll then grow your muscles and gain in volume! Indeed, the synthesis of new muscle tissue rapidly increases muscle volume.

As its name suggests, the BCAA Xpress formula contains BCAA or branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine), which make up 35% of the amino acids present in muscle.

BCAAs are referred to as essential amino acids simply because the body cannot synthesize them naturally. They must therefore be supplied through the diet or supplements.

BCAAs also play other fundamental roles, as they are involved in other bodily functions such as the creation of antibodies, the synthesis of RNA and DNA, and the transport of oxygen in the body.
