A rapidly assimilated BCAA complex! BCAAs are essential for building muscle. When practising sport, their consumption helps combat catabolism, in other words, the destruction of muscle proteins.
BCAA XPRESS from Scitec Nutrition is used in particular to help athletes recover. After fairly intense muscular or endurance training, it is essential to provide the micronutrients needed to repair damaged muscle fibers, enabling them to recover more quickly and rebuild. This process is of particular interest in bodybuilding, since rebuilding tissues enables them to gain in volume.
As its name suggests, the BCAA XPRESS formula contains BCAA or branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine), which make up 35% of the amino acids present in muscle, and are essential, i.e. not synthesized naturally by the body from other nutrients.
Ensuring their intake through diet or supplements ensures the body's optimal functioning. In fact, BCAAs also play a fundamental role in key organic functions, such as the creation of antibodies, the synthesis of RNA and DNA, and the transport of oxygen in the body.

Take 1 dose of 7 g per day in a 250 ml glass of water or liquid of your choice, before, during or after training, or at any other time, e.g. at bedtime. Shake vigorously and leave for a few moments to dissolve better.
