In fact, in one portion you'll find 5 sources of fast- to slow-assimilating protein (whey, whey isolate, micellar casein, beef hydrolysate and rice protein), 7 different types of carbohydrate (oats, modcard, cyclo-dextrin, palatinose, maltodextrin and dextrose) and finally 6 creatines, including creaPrep, which essentially promotes insulin secretion and therefore creatine storage in the muscle.

The Hardcore formula contains almost 2,400 mg of BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids), including 2 sources of arginine, which play a vital role in muscle recovery. Arginine, meanwhile, will help you improve your sporting performance.
