JUMBO HARDCORE contains 5 sources of fast- to slow-assimilating proteins (whey, whey isolate, micellar casein, beef hydrolysate, rice protein), 7 types of carbohydrates for optimal glycogen storage (oats, modcarb, cyclo-dextrin, palatinose, waxy maise, maltodextrin and dextrose), a matrix of 6 creatines including CreaPep to promote insulin secretion and, consequently, creatine storage in muscle. What's more, JUMBO HARDCORE contains no simple sugars!

Jumbo Hardcore is enriched with amino acids and BCAAs. In fact, it contains leucine (500 mg), isoleucine (250 mg), valine (250 mg), glutamine (800 mg) and 2 sources of arginine, which stimulate protein synthesis and give you greater congestion. BCAAs are very important for sports recovery.
