Whether you lead an active lifestyle, or if you're an athlete, getting the right nutrients, carbs and protein first thing in the morning is important and highly recommended. But given our lifestyles and the limited time we have to devote to cooking, we're not always at our best when it comes to cooking and organization.
Even when your cupboards are virtually empty, Protein Breakfast provides a rich, complete breakfast before you hit the ground running. Protein's short digestion time (around 1h30) means you can start the day without the stomach heaviness and numbness of rich meals. The body is perfectly nourished thanks to the combination of fast proteins and oat flakes, which provide long-lasting, slow-release energy thanks to their low glycemic index.
Easy to prepare, simply add Protein Breakfast powder to water for an appetizing, tasty breakfast that also contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and skeletal health*.
