Each serving provides 23g of protein, part of which comes fromISO-XP protein isolate, renowned for its high protein content and good digestibility. The formulation also includes MCT powder, a source of high-quality, easily assimilated fats, ideal for energy intake.
Designed to fit easily into your daily routine, Critical oats protein porridge can be prepared in just a few minutes. Whether you're at the gym, in the office or on the move, it goes everywhere with you, without compromising on quality or taste.

Add 1 scoop (60g) and 150 ml boiling water. Stir well and leave to stand for 1-2 minutes. Taste and enjoy!
