Porridge is a very popular, nutritious breakfast, ideal for keeping you in good shape! It's easy to make, prepared from a high-fiber vegetable protein source, and can be complemented with a wide variety of fruits and seeds.
Made from oatmeal flour, you can use this product for breakfast by adding a portion to your yoghurt, smoothie or protein shaker.
Oats contain a high proportion of protein, various vitamins (vitamin B1), as well as minerals and dietary fibre. The dietary fibers present in oats swell in the stomach and ensure a prolonged feeling of satiety.
This product contains around 13 g of protein per serving, is rich in fiber at 10 g per serving, and contains just 1.4 g of saturated fat and 0.7 g of sugars .
As an added bonus, Instant Oats (1kg ) is preservative-free and aspartame-free.
Instant Oats (1kg ) is the ideal way to vary your diet with a wide range of flavors: Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Hazelnut or Plain.
