Oatmeal from Scitec Nutrition is a blend of oat flour and rolled oats. Oats are one of the best sources of low-GI carbohydrates, which athletes appreciate for their muscle-building or weight-maintenance goals. They are also known as complex carbohydrates. 100g of Oatmeal powder provides 13g of protein, 56g of carbohydrates and numerous vitamins and minerals such as B9 (folic acid), vitamin E, vitamin B1 (thiamine), zinc, iron and manganese.
