Amino Charge from Scitec Nutrition is an amino acid complex containing no fewer than 15 ingredients forenergy and concentration!
Amino Charge contains a total of 15.7g of amino acids, including the 8 essential amino acids, which are the amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own and which must be supplied by diet or supplements. These 8 amino acids are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine (also known as branched-chain amino acids or BCAAs), Phenylalanine, Methionine, Tryptophan, Lysine and Threonine.
BCAAs are among the most represented in this formula. In fact, they represent over 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. The formula also contains L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in the blood, and L-Arginine.
During intensive training, muscle proteins are consumed by the muscles. The body therefore needs to be recharged to prevent muscle tissue degradation. So, by maintaining this balance, your muscles are properly nourished and muscle fibers can repair themselves, giving your muscles the chance to grow better.
Amino Charge is also enriched with L-Arginine, a precursor of nitric oxide (NO) and precursor of creatine, and L-Citrulline, also recognized as a precursor of arginine and therefore of NO, generally used for muscle congestion.
The formula also includes 100mg of caffeine!
