Mega amino contains no less than 5050 mg of amino acids per daily dose, including 800 mg of BCAAs.
Amino acids (20 in all) are one of the body's main building blocks, helping to build muscle, bone and tissue.
BCAAs are among the essential amino acids, and are made up of the following 3 amino acids: leucine (400 mg), isoleucine (200 mg) and valine (200 mg ). They are essential for the proper development of your muscles, and also help you recover after intense effort.
400 mg of glutamine will be added to this already complete formula. Glutamine is an ultra-important amino acid for athletes. It is the most abundant amino acid in muscles and blood, and plays a decisive role in protein synthesis, immune protection and the body's acid-base balance.
Take 2 x 4 tablets a day with a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
