BCAA+B6 (100 tabs) from Biotech USA is a BCAA + Vitamin B6 dietary supplement in tablet form, providing 4,000mg of BCAAs and 5mg of vitamin B6 daily.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein, glycogen and energy metabolism. It also helps reduce fatigue .

Net weight : 190 gTake 4 tablets a day. Take 2 tablets 30 minutes before and 2 tablets immediately after physical activity on training days. On rest days, take 2 x 2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
