BCAAs are crucial in the field of sports nutrition. They are essential branched-chain amino acids, known as leucine, isoleucine and valine. Being essential amino acids, they must be supplied by the diet, as the body cannot synthesize them. BCAAs play a key role in protein synthesis, making them particularly beneficial for those who train intensively and wish to promote muscle growth. They are also useful during a phase of strict dieting or fasting training. In these situations, BCAAs support anabolism and prevent catabolism due to exertion or a lack of nutrients.
Biotech USA offers a BCAA + Vitamin B6 dietary supplement in tablet form, providing 4000 mg of BCAAs and 1.5 mg of vitamin B6 per daily dose. Vitamin B6 is involved in normal protein and glycogen metabolism and energy production. It also helps reduce fatigue.
What's more, this product is gluten-free, lactose-free and GMO-free.
Take 4 tablets a day. Take 2 tablets 30 minutes before and 2 tablets immediately after physical activity on training days. On rest days, take 2 x 2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients : Instant BCAA 53.1% (L-Leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: 0), bulking agent (cellulose gel), coating [stabilisants (copolymère greffé d'alcool polyvinylique et de polyéthylèneglycol, alcool polyvinylique), anti-agglomérants (talc, mono- et diglycérides d'acides gras)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
