Essential amino acids (EAAs) are the nine amino acids our bodies need every day to rebuild all of our tissues. These include: leucine ( 1,560 mg), lysine ( 1,200 mg), valine ( 1,040 mg), phenylalanine ( 1,000 mg),isoleucine ( 800 mg), threonine (600 mg), methionine (400 mg),histidine ( 400 mg), and tryptophan ( 160 mg). Each of these plays an important role in your body. However, the body cannot synthesize them on its own...
Among these amino acids, BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) are present at 3,400 mg per serving to help you build muscle and promote post-workout recovery.
In addition, L-glutamine (3,580 mg) is included to enhance the product and ensure an optimal glutamine-to-BCAA ratio. Glutamine is extremely important for athletes because it is the most abundant amino acid in the blood and muscles.
