EAA Xtreme 350 g - 9 essential amino acids and L-glutamine

EAA Xtreme by Superset Nutrition is a powdered dietary supplement that combines all 9 essential amino acids in a single formula, enriched with L-glutamine. A 14-gram serving is mixed with 400 ml of cold water.

The 9 essential amino acids
1,541 mg of leucine per serving
2 flavors: Peach Ice Tea and Mango Pineapple

All 9 essential amino acids in a single serving

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Nine of them are considered essential: your body cannot produce them, so they must be obtained through your diet. EAA Xtreme contains all of them, with the dosage for each listed on the label.

Per 14 g serving:

L-leucine: 1,541 mg

L-phenylalanine: 1,000 mg

L-methionine: 460 mg

L-lysine: 1,280 mg

L-isoleucine: 800 mg

L-histidine: 246 mg

L-valine: 1,040 mg

L-threonine: 600 mg

L-tryptophan: 160 mg

EAA and BCAA: What's the Difference?

BCAAs refer to three of the nine essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. A BCAA product therefore contains only these three, whereas EAA Xtreme provides all nine. In one serving, BCAAs account for 3,381 mg, including 1,541 mg of leucine, the essential amino acid present in the highest amount in the formula.

L-glutamine in addition to the EAAs

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the formula, with 3,580 mg per serving. It is not included in the 7,127 mg of EAAs: your body can produce it on its own, so it is not considered an essential amino acid. In total, one serving provides more than 10.7 g of amino acids.
