EAA+ (350 g) from Pharmapure is a powdered formula that combines the 9 essential amino acids, L-glutamine and green tea extract, in a light drink to enjoy before, during or after your workout.
- EAAs, or essential amino acids, are amino acids that your body cannot produce on its own. They must therefore be supplied through the diet or supplements.
- In bodybuilding, fitness or regular sport, they are an interesting way of structuring your nutritional routine, especially around training or when your protein intake varies from meal to meal.
The formula provides 3580 mg L-glutamine, 1561 mg L-leucine, 1200 mg L-lysine, 1040 mg L-valine, 1000 mg L-phenylalanine, 800 mg L-isoleucine, 600 mg L-threonine, 400 mg L-methionine, 366 mg L-histidine and 160 mg L-tryptophan per 14 g dose.
Put simply: the EAA are the essential "building blocks" your body needs in its overall protein intake.
- Leucine, isoleucine and valine are among the BCAAs, the branched-chain amino acids best known in the sporting world. Here, they are integrated into a more complete formula, covering not only BCAAs but all essential amino acids.
L-glutamine completes the formula with a high dosage of 3.58 g per serving.
- L-glutamine is a naturally occurring amino acid, widely used in sports nutrition routines.
Green tea extract, titrated in EGCG, adds a vegetal touch to the composition and reinforces the formula's premium positioning.
With its 350 g format, EAA+ allows for around 25 servings of 14 g and offers you a fresh drink, lighter than a whey, ideal if you want something easy to drink during your session or post-training.

Mix 1 dose of 14 g with fresh water, according to the desired intensity of taste. You can take it before, during or after training, or at any other time of day if you want to supplement your amino acid intake. Do not exceed 1 dose per day.
As the formula contains green tea extract with EGCG, avoid taking it on an empty stomach or combining it with other products containing green tea on the same day.
