EAA + BCAA (350g) is a product based on branched-chain amino acids (BCAA), manufactured by the brand Addict Sport Nutrition.
Amino acids are essential building blocks of the human body. Some are considered essential because the body cannot produce them itself, so they must be supplied through the diet or supplementation.
This EAA+BCAA formula provides you with all the essential amino acids needed for recovery, muscle building and fatigue reduction.
BCAAs, composed of valine, isoleucine and leucine, help reduce muscle breakdown and fatigue during training. In fact, these amino acids stimulate muscle protein synthesis, improve sports performance and promote post-training recovery.
Combined with EAA, a group of essential amino acids including histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine, they offer numerous benefits, notably by reducing muscle catabolism.
BCAAs, in particular leucine, are recognized for their ability to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. Combining BCAAs with other EAAs ensures that you get all the amino acids you need to optimize muscle building and recovery.
