EAA zero (350g ) from Biotech USA is a combination of essential amino acids in powder form, enriched with L-Glutamine.
There are 9 essential amino acids (EAA) that our body needs on a daily basis to replenish all our tissues. They include: leucine (1560 mg), lysine (1200 mg), valine (1040 mg), phenylalanine (1000 mg), isoleucine (800 mg), threonine (600 mg), methionine (400 mg), histidine (400 mg) and tryptophan (160 mg). Each of these plays an important role in your body. However, the body is not capable of synthesizing them on its own...
In these amino acids, BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are present at 3400 mg per dose to help you build muscle and promote post-set recovery.
In addition, L-Glutamine (3580 mg) enriches the product for an optimal glutamine/BCAA ratio. Glutamine is extremely important for athletes, as it is the most abundant amino acid in blood and muscles. It plays an important role in protein synthesis, immune protection and the body's acid-base balance.
