Boisson énergétique bio (450g) is a powdered energy drink mix from the brand Atlet.
Once reconstituted with water, this energy drink provides you with essential elements, such as carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins, throughout your long-term efforts. What's more, to avoid saturation, Atlet has opted for low-acid flavours, while maintaining a carbohydrate/sugar ratio of less than 50%, giving it a low glycemic index. You can choose from 2 flavors based on ultra-fresh natural aromas: Mint and Citrus.
A 40g portion of powder contains over 38g of carbohydrates, including 14g of sugars, making it an excellent energy fuel for your body. Not least thanks to maltodextrin, coconut sugar and agave syrup , which help replenish glycogen. It's the ideal drink for progressive energy!
To help reduce fatigue, Atlet contains acerola powder, a source of natural vitamin C. The formula also provides sodium, potassium, zinc (mint flavour) and magnesium (citrus flavour). Potassium is naturally supplied by coconut blossom sugar and contributes to normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and supports normal energy metabolism. Finally, sodium has been added to compensate for sweat losses (perspiration and loss of mineral salts).
Certified organic,Atlet energy drink is also suitable for vegans. It is gluten-free, palm-oil-free and free from colorants, preservatives and other additives.
For efforts lasting more than 1h30:
Cold or temperate weather: Dilute 40 g (3 doses) with 500 ml of water or 80 g (6 doses) for 1 L of water.
Hot weather: Dilute 30 g (2 doses) with 500 ml water or 60 g (4 doses) with 1 L water.
Drink in small sips throughout the effort. Must be drunk during the day. Can be consumed during training or competition.
