What is BCAA? It's the perfect blend of the three amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a highly soluble powder. These three amino acids are essential for rapid recovery and optimized muscle growth. They are found naturally in meat, fish and soy.
BCAAs are consumed before and during training to support the intensity of your session, and also afterwards to help strengthen your muscles during recovery.
