The French brand Apurna has designed a product specifically developed to promote hydration: Electrolytes (5x8g).
Dehydration during intense physical activity can lead to symptoms such as headaches, fatigue and muscle cramps. It can also hamper the muscle recovery process. Electrolytes help prevent dehydration and are consumed during or after exercise.
Electrolytes provide a combination of minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium to compensate for mineral losses through perspiration. Zinc and selenium are also present, helping to protect cells against oxidative stress.
In addition to minerals, vitamin B6 helps combat fatigue and avoid the risk of tendonitis, cramps and heavy legs.
Electrolytes are available in Neutral and Mango Passion Fruit flavors.
Net weight : 40 gYou can start taking your electrolytes as soon as you start exercising, by drinking regularly, in small sips, without waiting to feel thirsty. A daily dose of 8 g to 16 g of electrolytes, depending on the type of effort, to be taken during or after exercise. Stir well before use.
