CLA 1000 (400 softgels) is a dietary supplement designed by the brand Addict Sport Nutrition.
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a polyunsaturated fatty acid belonging to the omega-6 family. It is naturally present in safflower oil, with a concentration of 3000 mg per daily portion (i.e. 3 capsules) of CLA 1000. CLA is naturally present in certain foods, such as dairy products, certain meats and vegetable oils. It is said to have a number of benefits, not least of which is its action on weight loss. What's more, each daily dose contains 15 mg of vitamin E. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Studies have shown that taking CLA helps to increase lean muscle mass and reduce body fat. This is why CLA is so widely used during lean periods or to achieve weight loss goals!
Take 1 capsule of CLA 1000, 3 times a day before a meal, with a glass of water.
