CLA 1000 (120 softgels) is a dietary supplement manufactured by Addict Sport Nutrition.
Conjugated linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid of the omega-6 family. It is naturally present in safflower oil, and you'll find 3000 mg of this oil per daily portion (3 softgels) of CLA 1000. Each capsule contains 1g of vegetable oil, making it easy to consume every day.
CLA occurs naturally in certain foods, notably dairy products, certain meats and vegetable oils. It has several supposed benefits, the main one being its action on weight loss.
You can also find 15 mg of vitamin E per daily dose. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Although some studies are conflicting and contradictory, others have shown positive long-term results from CLA intake. They show a reduction in body fat, and this reduction is maintained even after intake. CLA helps to increase lean muscle mass and reduce body fat percentage. This is why it is so widely used in both the lean and weight loss phases.
