My BCAA is a complete branched-chain amino acid formula designed for athletes looking for BCAAs combined with complementary ingredients. Each serving provides 5 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), enriched with L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline, electrolytes and BioPerine®. Leucine is the formula's main amino acid at 2.5 g per dose, complemented by 2 g glutamine and 1.32 g citrulline.
This combination is ideal before, during or after training for bodybuilding, fitness, cross-training and endurance sports. The presence of electrolytes (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and sodium) contributes to mineral intake during exercise. The formula is also enriched with BioPerine®, a patented extract of black pepper known to enhance the assimilation of certain nutrients.
