Each serving provides 400 mg of fish oil, including 72 mg of EPA and 48 mg of DHA, as well as 300 mg of flaxseed oil and 290 mg of sunflower seed oil. This formula combines sources of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids from fish, flaxseed, and sunflower oils.
